POLICIES

This is a list of Well With Shonel policies. Please read in full, it is your responsibility to read, understand, and abide by these policies. Please contact us if you need clarification or have any questions. By booking an appointment, you confirm your understanding and agree to all policies. 

 

Insurance policy:

Please note that all services including massage service is non-registered massage therapy (non-RMT). Therefore, not covered by insurance. It is your responsibility to cover all costs of your appointment.

 

Health policy:

Do not arrive sick/ill with any communicable conditions (ie. coughing, sneezing, runny nose). If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. The practitioner has the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are presenting symptoms. You will be charged the full amount of your booking.

Appointment cancellation policy:

You have 24 hours before the start of your appointment time to cancel or to reschedule your appointment online. Failure to cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment time will result in you being charged the full amount of your booking. If you cancel before the 24 hour period, you will not be charged. Rescheduling your appointment is always free of charge and can easily be done online.

 

No-show policy:

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your booking. 

 

Late policy:

Please let us know if you are running late for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment may be cancelled with or without notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.

Client Intake Form policy:

The client intake form must be completed in full before your appointment date. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled, and you will be charged the full price of the booking.

 

Age policy:

All services are for ages 19 or older, no exceptions. You must be at least 19 years of age or older to book an appointment and to receive a service. 

 

Inappropriate behaviour/conduct policy:

There is a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour or conduct (verbal or physical) or solicitations of any kind including sexual solicitations. Clients understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks comments, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session, and no refunds will be given. All massages are strictly professional and breasts/genitals are never touched. 

 

Tip policy:

Gratuities/tipping is customary, but is completely optional at the end of your service. Both cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
